Want to be the diver who makes a difference when it counts most?
Whether you want to strengthen your skills, become a more dependable dive buddy, or start your path toward becoming a PADI professional, BA Scuba Diver is proud to offer the PADI Rescue Diver Course to help you reach your goals.
This course is one of our favorites to teach because its lessons go far beyond diving— it equips you with practical skills that can make a difference in any emergency situation.
What is the PADI Rescue Diver Course?
Knowledge Development: Learn to recognize signs of stress, respond to diver panics, perform rescues, and coordinate emergency procedures.
Confined Water Training: Practice rescue techniques in a controlled environment while building teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Open Water Dives: Apply what you've learned through real-time simulations led by our experienced instructors.
What's included?
Emergency First Response (EFR) Training: This course includes CPR, AED (Automatic External Defibrillator), and First Aid certification through the PADI Emergency First Response program. You'll learn how to recognize, respond to, and manage emergencies until medical help arrives.
Full Access: Your course includes full access to two outstanding locations designed to support your dive training and overall wellness.
-
For confined water training, you'll train at a state-of-the-art aquatic facility. In addition to pool sessions, you’ll have all-day access to the on-site gym, sauna, and waterpark, allowing you to stay active, recover, and unwind throughout your training days.
-
For open water dives, you'll train at Lake Longhorn, a popular local dive site equipped with training docks, staging areas, and shaded rest zones. The lake features a variety of underwater obstacles, themed structures, and diver-accessible platforms perfect for rescue simulations.
